Healthy Sleep Canada Return Policy
We do our best to accommodate returns within our policies. Sealed and unused CPAP machines, masks, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned, except in special cases such as a critical illness or a change in diagnosis.
🔹 30-Day Mask Guarantee – If your mask isn’t the right fit, you may exchange it within 30 days for a different size or type. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and price differences may apply.
🔹 Refunds & Exchanges – Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or customers can opt for an exchange or a digital gift card. A 15% restocking fee applies, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
